Paul Harkness, Lantos Chief Business Development Officer

Lantos Technologies, Inc., creators of the Lantos 3D Ear Scanning System, is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Harkness to the company’s executive leadership team in the newly created role of Chief Business Development Officer.

Paul has more than 20 years of experience in key leadership positions in the hearing health industry. He brings a proven track record of closely supporting hearing healthcare providers, medical offices and business owners to dramatically improve their practices and provide superior healthcare outcomes for patients. Most recently, he has served as Executive Vice President at AuDConnex, LLC.

As Senior Vice President at Elite Hearing, LLC, Amplifon Americas, Paul spent 8 years successfully driving strategy, operations, revenue production and profitability, resulting in unparalleled membership and revenue growth.  Prior to this, he served first as Regional Director of the Midwest, and later as Managing Director, Corporate Accounts, at Starkey, LLC, where he focused on Starkey’s largest independent customer groups. 

Other notable positions include regional sales roles at GN ReSound and Sonic Innovations.  Paul earned his undergraduate degree from Metropolitan State University.
